Assay values are provided for the manual method, manual with Miller ocular, and Flow Cytometers using Retic-COUNT Thiazole Orange.The target values for the levels are Level 1: 1.0%; Level 2: 5.0%; Level 3: 10.0%. R&D Retic-I has 75-day closed vial stability with 14-day open vial stability.
